Property Investor Show 2004 - Update

Once again The Property Investor Show held at Excel in London proved to be very successful.

Over 10,000 people visited the show of which 43% were existing landlords looking to expand their property portfolio, and 36% were first time buyers looking to invest both in the UK and overseas.

Despite the recent interest rate rises and the negative press property investment has received it has proved that people are still confident to invest in property.
